About buyer's agents
A buyer's agent is a licensed real estate professional who works exclusively for the buyer — not the seller. We search for properties that match your brief, analyse the market, and negotiate the purchase on your behalf. Our job is to get you the right property at the right price.
A selling agent is hired by the vendor and legally obligated to get the best outcome for the seller — including the highest possible price. A buyer's agent works exclusively for you. We are on opposite sides of the transaction. When you negotiate directly with a selling agent, you are going up against a professional whose entire job is to work against your interests.
Experience helps, but it doesn't close the gap between you and a professional selling agent. Even experienced buyers benefit from independent market analysis, off-market access, and having someone in their corner during negotiation. Many of our clients have bought before — they just don't want to go through the stress of doing it alone again.
Yes. CNC Buyers Agents is a trading name of CNC Organisation, which holds Queensland real estate licence 4681345. We operate in full compliance with the Property Occupations Act 2014 and are based in Redcliffe, South East Queensland.
Our services
We offer three packages depending on how much support you need:
Search — we find and shortlist properties that match your brief, with full market analysis. You take it from there.
Search & Secure — everything in Search, plus we inspect properties, negotiate the purchase price, and support you through to signed contract.
Full Suite — our complete end-to-end service from brief to settlement, including auction bidding, solicitor coordination, and building and pest inspection management.
See our Services page for full details on each package.
Yes — we work with both owner-occupiers and investors. For investment purchases we focus on yield, capital growth potential, vacancy rates, and comparable sales to make sure the numbers stack up before you commit.
Yes. Through our industry networks we can access properties that are not yet — or never will be — listed on public portals like realestate.com.au or Domain. Off-market opportunities are one of the key advantages of working with a buyer's agent.
We specialise in South East Queensland — Brisbane, Moreton Bay, and surrounding areas. We offer in-person consultations for clients in SEQ and Zoom consultations for interstate buyers looking to purchase in the region.
Yes — auction bidding is included in our Full Suite package. Auctions are high-pressure environments where emotions can lead to overpaying. Having an experienced professional bid on your behalf with a clear strategy and a firm limit takes the stress out of the process entirely.

Getting started
It depends on your criteria and the current market. Some clients find the right property within a few weeks; others with more specific requirements may take longer. We'd rather take the time to find the right property than rush you into the wrong one. We'll give you an honest timeframe estimate during your consultation based on your brief.
Absolutely — first home buyers are some of our most valued clients. Buying your first home is one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, and doing it without professional support means negotiating against someone who does this every day. We guide you through every step, explain the process in plain language, and make sure you don't overpay.
We don't provide finance directly, but we work closely with trusted mortgage brokers and financial advisors who can help you understand your borrowing capacity and secure the right loan. We're happy to refer you to someone we trust if you need support on the finance side.
Yes. We offer in-person consultations for clients in South East Queensland and Zoom appointments for interstate buyers. We can arrange a meeting at a location convenient for you across the SEQ region.
AML & identity
From 1 July 2026, buyer's agents are required by law to verify the identity of all clients under Australia's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006. This is not optional — it applies to every client regardless of the transaction size. It is a legal obligation designed to prevent the real estate sector from being used for financial crime.
We will ask for your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address, verified by a government-issued identity document such as a driver's licence or passport. For some transactions we may also need to understand the source of funds being used for the purchase. We will explain exactly what is required when you engage us.
Unfortunately we are unable to act on your behalf without completing identity verification — it is a legal requirement, not a choice. In some circumstances, if we are unable to complete verification, we may be required to file a report with AUSTRAC. We are prohibited by law from telling you if such a report has been made.
All personal information is handled in strict accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. We collect only what is necessary, we do not share your information for commercial purposes, and we retain records only for as long as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
