What is a buyer's agent?
When you buy a property without a buyer's agent, you're negotiating against a professional whose entire job is to get the highest possible price for the seller. That's not a fair fight.
A buyer's agent levels the playing field. We are licensed property professionals who work exclusively on behalf of the buyer — searching for the right property, analysing the market, and negotiating the purchase price so you don't have to go up against a selling agent alone.
In Queensland, buyer's agents must hold a real estate licence and act in strict compliance with the Property Occupations Act 2014. CNC Buyers Agents is fully licensed and operates under Licence 4681345.

How we work
We start with a no-obligation call to understand your goals, budget, timeline, and which package suits you. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly.
We build a detailed property brief together — location, size, must-haves, deal-breakers. You sign our engagement agreement and we get to work. Identity verification is completed at this stage in line with our AML/CTF obligations.
We search on-market listings and tap into our off-market networks. You receive a curated shortlist — not hundreds of listings, but the right ones — with full market analysis for each.
Once you've found a property you like, we dig deeper — inspections, comparable sales, body corporate records where applicable. You make an informed decision, not a hopeful one.
We negotiate directly with the selling agent on your behalf — price, conditions, settlement terms. Our goal is always the best outcome for you, not a fast deal.
For Full Suite clients we stay with you through to settlement day — liaising with your solicitor, coordinating inspections, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
